At Chic and Pretty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our simple exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom-sized or custom-made dresses are not eligible for exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@chicandprettyus.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item back for an exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
