selham Anass. Navy blue   is a traditional Moroccan garment that is steeped in history and culture. It is a large, long or mid-length cape that is typically adorned with a hood and tassel. The Selham has evolved over time in terms of its cut, materials  mlefa used, and the techniques used in its weaving, and embellishments.
