While we do not offer monetary refunds, we happily accept exchanges according to the guidelines below.
Exchange Window & Eligibility

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale: All custom-made and custom-sized pieces are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged.
How It Works

Request: Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Ship: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process and ship your replacement exchange item.
Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for standard exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs, no questions asked.
